PRE-DATE WEIGH-IN (day before the event)

Date: Friday, August 18th, 2023

Place: Richmond Olympic Oval6111 River Rd, Richmond, BC V7C 0A2

Time: 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Athletes have to attend the weigh-in at the time given according to the event's deadline.

Players will be placed in the next division available if they exceed the weight they have registered in.

ON DATE WEIGH-IN OPTION 1 ( Event Day)

Date: Saturday, August 19th , 2023

Place: Richmond Olympic Oval6111 River Rd, Richmond, BC V7C 0A2

Time: 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m

Players will be placed in the next division available if they exceed the weight they have registered in.

ON DATE WEIGH-IN OPTION 2 - BEFORE YOUR 1st MATCH

Before his/her first fight, the athlete will check his/her weight.

There is only one opportunity to check the weight.

If the competitor does not make his/her weight, they will be immediately disqualified.

Reasonable time will be given, therefore being late will not be tolerated.
